Are sheets and blankets provided?
Yes, you do not have to bring a sleeping bag. For Dormitory rooms and double bed with public toilet you will get sheets and blankets free of charge. You need to bring your own towels. In private rooms with toilet. We will provide towels and soap in addition to the bedding.
Are the rooms heated and air conditioned?
All sleeping rooms are air conditioned.
When can I check in?
We are open 24 hours.
What kind of identification is required?
You need a passport to check in.
What is the check out time?
Check out is anytime before 14:00 PM.
Do you have a luggage storage facility?
Yes, we have a luggage room. You can store your bags after you checked out until you have to leave the city. The luggage room is not for overnight storage.

Is there a curfew?
No, we do not have a curfew. You can come and go as you please.
Do you have lockers?
We have safe deposit boxes for your valuables like Passport, tickets, travelers cheques small cameras etc. Your luggage is safe in the room.
Do you provide any meals?
Yes, we serve Chinese food and some simple west food. Of course, there are plenty of restaurants around.
Are the dormitory rooms single sex?
We have not single sex rooms. But we always try to accommodate single travelers in single sex rooms. If you are traveling with your partner we will give the same room.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and paypal. We do not accept Visa or Master Cards, and traveler cheques.
What is your cancellation policy?
You are required to make your cancellation made at least 2 days prior to arrival directly from our web-site or in writing by fax or e-mail. Thank you!
How do I change my current reservation?
Change can be done by sending us an e-mail or fax.
Do you give any discount?
The rates are not negotiable. We are independent and we do not give discounts for any kind of membership. But you will get 10% discounts if you stay with us more than 1 month.
Do you have weekly rates?
No, we do not have any weekly or monthly rates.
Do you have parking?
No, we do not have parking at the hostel, but there are parking lots around this area.
Do you have a laundry?
Yes, we have. Open from 9:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
