Welcome to Chinese Box (中国盒子-团园客栈). This is our own tour guide, which helps you explore Beijing easily. Please take this paper with you either you were asking the places or kindly lose the way, just show the Chinese character to local people.

l Beijing always has heavy traffic. We are located in the center of the city, close to the famous sites downtown, staying with us, actually you hardly need take subway to visit. We strongly recommend you enjoy everyday life of Beijing by cycling, or taking the public bus (5 min walking reach more than 20-bus lines)

l We are in the heart of the best protected courtyard & hutong area, sure be safe for that plenty of policemen and volunteers guard here, be peaceful for that no tourist and businessman but Beijing local people live here. You can explore and experience the most Original taste and Flavour Beijing.

l Local Transportation

1) Take public bus: 1 Yuan/person.. Please prepare some 1 yuan notes in case you have to drop 1 or 2 yuan in the box, they won`t give change

2) Take the subway: 2 Yuan/person for transfer the lines without paying extra.

3) Taxi fee: 10Yuan/first 3 km and 2 Yuan per extra 1 km. Every 5 minutes of waiting cost and extra 2 Yuan. After 15 km, it will be 3 Yuan per km. From 23:00 to 6:00, 11 Yuan/first 3 km and the rest rate goes up by 50%.

4) From Chinese Box to main transportation stops: 1, The central railway station北京站 (to Shanghai, Mongolia) 8 KM, about 20-30 minutes and 22 Yuan (Taxi), or the bus No.103 to the last stop 2, The west railway station北京西站 (to Xi`an, Chengdu and Hong kong) 6.5 KM, about 20 minutes and 20 Yuan (Taxi), or the bus No. 823 to the last stop 3, Beijing Capital Airport 32 KM首都机场, about 60 minutes and 100 Yuan(Taxi, including the toll), Or 1 person can take taxi 20 Yuan to Dongzhimen station(东直门机场快线地铁站), train ticket is 25 Yuan/person..

5) There are 3 different bus stops close to Chinese Box: 1, XiLuKouBei(西四路口北), Bus No. 22/826/409/726/823/47/409/13/Olympic bus Line 3 stop here, then you will find east entrance of XiSiBei 2 Tiao Hutong (西四北二条胡同), 3 minutes to Chinese Box 2, BaiTaSi (白塔寺), Bus No. 13/814/103/823 stop here, you will find a big crossing, then turn right to the second Hutong, it is the west entrance of XiSiBei 2 Tiao Hutong (西四北二条胡同), 5 minutes to Chinese Box 3, BaoZiHutong(豹子胡同), Bus No. 7 stops here, you will find west entrance of XiSiBei 2 Tiao Hutong (西四北二条胡同), 5 minutes to Chinese Box.

l Daytime Sightseeing Suggestion A (07:30 – 16:30)

Tian`anmeng Square; Forbidden City; Beihai Park; Houhai tourist site(Bar area); Drum-Tower

6) Take the bus No. 22 to Qianmeng(前门); 5 stops and 15 minutes ( Notice: just visit, do not buy anything in small shops or follow any local people to Tea House or restaurant)

7) Walking north through Tian`anmeng Square(天安门), visiting about 30-60 minutes

Walking north visit Forbidden City(故宫), entrance fee costs 60Yuan/person, about 3 hours.

9) Turn left at the north gate of Forbidden City, 500 m away, you will arrive at the south gate of BeiHai, 2 hours later, walk to the north gate, you will find HouHai bar area at the opposite side. At least 200 bars and restaurants by lakeside.

10) Take bus No.13/823/850/42 at the entrance of HouHai (Lotus Market 荷花市场), 5 stops about 2 KM to XiSiLuKouBei (西四路口北) back to Chinese Box.

l Daytime Sightseeing Suggestion B (07:30 – 16:30)

Temple of Heaven; Pearl Market; Lama Temple, WangFuJing Shopping Street

1) Take the bus No. 826 to the west gate of Temple of Heaven (天坛西门), 2 hours later, arrive at the east gate, visit Pearl Market (红桥市场) on the east of the street, about 1 hour. (Notice: Do Bargain)

2) Back to east gate of Temple of Heaven, take subway line 5, 8 stops to Lama Temple (雍和宫), visit about 2 hours.

3) Take subway line 5 to Wangfujing Night Market ( 4 stops, get off at DengShiKou 灯市口), visit about 2 hours

4) Take the bus No. 814/103, 8 stops to BaiTaSi(白塔寺), back to Chinese Box.

l Daytime Sightseeing Suggestion C (07:30 – 16:30)

Summer Palace; Bird`s Nest/ Water Cube: CCTV Building

1) Take the bus No. 826/726 to the last stop Summer Palace (颐和园), visit about 3 hours

2) Take the bus No. 696 to 798 Art Gallery (798艺术区), get off at DaShanQiaoDong(大山桥东), it will take 16 stops, visit about 3 hours.

3) Take the bus No. 418 to Tayuancun (塔园村), and transfer the bus No. 823 to DaHongLuoChangXiKou (大红罗厂西口), back to Chinese Box.

l Daytime Sightseeing Suggestion D (07:30 – 16:30)

Bird Nest/ Water Cube; CCTV Building; Silk Market; LiuLiChang; Panda

1) Take Olympic bus Line 3 to the last stop, about 40 minutes.

2) Take subway Line 8, and transfer Line 10 to GuoMao (国贸), that is CBD and new CCTV building, or directly transfer Subway Line 1 to Yong`anli (永安里), that is Silk Market (秀水街). (Do Bargain)

3) Take Subway Line 1, and transfer line 2 to HePingMeng, then you will find Liulichang (琉璃厂), visit about 1 hour.

4) Take the bus No. 7 to the last stop Beijing Zoo. Visit about 1 hour.

5) Take the bus No. 7 to BaoZi Hutong (豹子胡同), back to Chinese Box

l Daytime Sightseeing Suggestion E (07:30 – 16:30)

There are 3 famous sites: “Badaling”, “Mutianyu” and “Hiking Simatai”. Actually, daily tour to Badaling is always shopping hours included (2-3hours), forget the tour card with cheap price given by the street because those cars usually are illegal and no insurance, we strongly recommend our friends visit it by public transportation to avoid boring.

Badaling Great Wall

1) Take the bus No. 409, 5 stops to DeshengMeng (德胜门), and transfer bus No. 919 Zhikuai (919直快) to Badaling, 2 stops and 12 Yuan/person, about 1.5-2hours. (Notice: Do not take any illegal cars)

2) Visit Badaling Great Wall, entrance fee is 40 Yuan/person, about 2-3 hours.

3) Take the same way back to Chinese Box.

Mutianyu Great Wall

This section is very amazing, not so crowd, touristy and easy to visit (with cable), you can go by yourself but you have to change several buses and mini-van, about 3 hours in single way. We suggest you join the tour to save the energy and time.

Great Wall (Hiking from Jinshanling to Simatai)

This section is the most beautiful part of Great Wall in Beijing. We don`t think you can go there by yourself because it is really far away from downtown (140 km). Even join the tour it will still be a hard day, you have to get up very early and take 3-4 hours bus and hiking for 4 hours (10km always up and down), and another 3-4 hours back. If you really like hiking and scenery, we strongly recommend you visit this section. Nobody will regret except the tiredness.

l Nightlife Sightseeing Suggestion F (16:30-

1) The Top Famous Restaurants and Shows: 1, Within walking distance, there are 3 different hot pot: KouFuJu local hot pot (口福居涮羊肉, 10 minutes walking, only in Beijing, ask us for card to get 10% discount) ; Huangjihuang special hot pot(黄记煌焖锅,10 ninutes walking, ask us for card to get 10% discount); Haidilao popular hot pot(海底捞火锅, 20 minutes walking, have to wait for seats) 2, Roast Peking Duck: HuiFeng JiaoziDian (惠丰饺子楼) 3, Jiuxinyuan restaurant (九鑫苑), some local dishes with cheap price, and Chinese BBQ 3, Jiumen Snacks courtyard (九门小吃), take the bus No. 409, 5 stops to DeshenMeng (德胜门), walking 400m to Xiaoyou Hutong (孝友胡同), or take taxi 12 Yuan. 30-40 booths with different kinds of local foods, 20-30 Yuan/person 4, WangFuJing night market: Not only a shopping street, but also a snack street from 18:00-22:00. Take the bus No. 814/103, 8 stops. 5, All kinds of food restaurant: HouHai tourist area. Check out from front desk.

2) Show: 1, Peking Opera (Liyuan theatre, the leadship of Opear Theater for foreigners during past 11 years), your seat will be VIP, they will pick you up, and the show time is 19:15-20:30 2, Acrobatic show, we strongly recommend you watch, incredible amazing. your seat will be VIP, they will pick you up, and the show time is 19:15-20:30 3, Kongfu show, experience Chinese Kongfu, your seat will be VIP, they will pick you up, and the show time is 19:15-20:30

还记得朱自清的那首《匆匆》，还有鲁迅的《三味书屋》，《社戏》，好似都是关于年少时间的回忆，想想自己学习这两篇文章的时候也只是十几年前。

还有奥斯特洛夫斯基那段最有名的“人最宝贵的是生命，生命对每个人只有一次……”

记得不知哪里的一句话，生命最短到何种程度？一呼一吸间

纪同学，我的表弟，89年出生，含含糊糊的把他打入90后的一代吧。进入寒假也便有时间来北京疯狂的转悠转悠。打着青岛同胞看望北京勤劳人民的大旗，在一个三九寒冬的傍晚进住团园。

已经做了许多的功课，对北京已不仅仅的是了解，当夜就嚷着要去后海的酒吧。我不说话的盯着他，撇下一句话：不准在酒吧里犯事，他贼笑着出门。这孩子，一来北京就想体验夜生活。随后夜里回来后就描述那里怎么的拉人进店，怎样的歌舞鼎盛，怎样的霓虹明亮。不住地说。好吧，90后的纪同学对北京还是莫大的兴趣。

因为英文不是很好，同国外友人交流起来难免有一些困难，这孩子还是用尽包括手势，面部表情在内的一切办法。夸张的词汇与动作，对那些英语非母语的朋友们还真管用。那天非要一个人去八达岭长城，被鄙视之后，就改变主意同上海的一小哥去了慕田峪。鉴于同去的其他都是外国人，走之前就加一句：一大帮外国的，你俩就是马来印尼的吧。那一天纪同学就憋了一天的青岛普通话没出口。

最出彩的还是纪同学的行为艺术照系列，每天夜晚回来总是展示他的所谓艺术照，趴在杆子上的，抱着柱子的，拿树枝做武器的，凌空跃起的….除了没有大冬天的裸体照其他都做了。在故宫，颐和园，天坛，长城，天安门，统统的照一遍。还搞一个雷锋帽来着。后来这孩子去了798，下午到了那里就给我发短信：原来我的那行为艺术都不入流，真正的艺术在这里。呵呵，回来没有看到在798的证据，或者害怕班门弄斧。

嚷着要去北影厂看看，要去电影学院那里蹲大门，找机会做个群众演员。回来的那下午无奈地说：过去一看，乖乖，我穿着的太好了，门口那些人还以为我是导演去找群众演员的。

每天都给姐姐qq聊天，汇报出行记录。纪大姐怀孕了，嘟嘟的回一句：看你的艺术照片，准备让孩子5岁之前不认这个小舅舅，怕带坏了，哈哈。

去故宫那天最冷，整个把纪同学给冻傻了，阴沉着脸进门，回来好一阵才缓过神来。吃了王姐做的面片，就有来精神，大家一起给猫猫洗澡。纪同学负责最不听话的小美，硬硬的按到水里，又是擦又是洗，最后用毯子裹着猫猫吹干，折腾到大半夜。都是爱猫猫的同学。

依旧去了秀水街，买了《九品芝麻官》中周星驰带的小虎皮帽，说是将来给小外甥的，买了大麻花。小布鞋，小老虎枕头….去动物园服装市场淘一双板鞋回来，还不住喜滋滋的讲着砍价的经过。

推荐他去护国寺小吃，结果他吃了二三十块钱的东西，品种多，可以多去几次么，不至于撑着那夜都睡不好。走之前带他黄记皇吃三汁闷锅，饭间一改往日的不安分，一板一眼的说：继续的在团园这里住下去吧，做自己想做的比什么都好。我笑笑：团园是我的家，你说的哪门子话。

纪同学，09年也就毕业了，估计会是留在青岛找份工作。不知他的理想是什么，也未和我说过。只是去年在电影院打工，仅是说过喜欢电影。

但愿会是有所努力，追着自己的梦。

当梦想照进现实，那便是天堂。

又记起普鲁斯特的那《追忆似水年华》，还有黄磊，刘若英主演的同名电视连续剧，以及那首同名歌

青春，或者还是那个关于“错过”和“错了”的辩证。

在看着乐途论坛里面的一个帖子《行摄中国500天》，色调沉静简练的照片，简短的描述。向往是每一个人都有的，但并不是我们都可以去做的。

在路途，欣赏与平等；或许所遇，所看，所听可以改变我们的生活，旁观者已足够。

观看也是彼此的，在团园，看着tom。

一头檐耳的金黄色长发，清秀小巧的脸型，一件黑呢风衣，一条暗彩围巾。腼腆的不动声响，一直是边看着电脑边摸着堆坐在腿上的猫猫。

19岁，一个人来中国旅行，三天四天的续房。打算着深入一些中国的小城镇，最近十几天却在找一个私教学着简单的普通话，怕是在小地方英语不是很管用。旅行，也分走马观花和静看起波澜这两种吧。Tom选择了后者，长时间的观看不同的生活味道，在他乡。

每周五的饺子，tom参加了三次。第一次，吃了足有三份量，左岸解释他前一天在火车上没有吃东西。昨天晚上，他也学着用不同的包法做饺子，大用长进。多多说：他还是小孩子么，多给他一些机会，会学得很快的。一起吃过面，吃过米饭，吃过四川菜，北京小吃…..旅行就是如此吧，一起的生活，而不是一个人站在当地人的外围。

每天2个小时的汉语课程，没有课的时候就自己闷在那里看电影。前几天和一个澳大利亚的小伙子一块从中午坐到午夜12点。

比较浓重的英国北部口音，经常地只单穿一件T恤在屋子里来回。去白塔寺洗衣店，大冬天的只穿短裤T恤的跑回来。虽不远，路上看他的人估计不会少。

要去买一双nike的运动鞋，说脚上的这双时间久了味道太大，言毕，略有羞愧的抬头笑出声来。多多一直说，外国的小孩都是那样丢三落四的，多照顾一下他。丢过柜子的钥匙，丢过mp3的数据线，耳机。

在路上，会在出发之前准备好心态，准备好衣服，准备好牙刷书籍。但是否都需要？

Tom半夜会去24小时便利店买一打啤酒回来；下午开门的时候，会看到他冻得颤抖抖拿着一包未吃完的薯片；偶尔在夕阳将下的傍晚揣几张DVD回来。

说要去香港转一下到期的签证再回来，说着要继续留在中国。

00：02，他坐在电脑前，在客厅，或是联系着故乡人。

明早8：30喊tom起床练习中文——桌边的提醒纸条已经放了了好多天。

不知能否和他在路上相见，在他离开团园之后。不知还要在中国呆多久。

人自然会对一切有用于自身之物产生欲望。

那旅行与生存有关？我不确定。

That`s the first day when Tom  learn Chinese at Earth Village Language School. That`s the time when Xingzhe misses Tibetan guy and life. That`s the moment while we enjoying Chinese tea…

Time is sand, flowing in a glass. Hold it while it comes, sprinkle it while it goes, sandglass stands in my hands.

一个午后,阳光铺满了团园客栈的院落,金灿灿,春天来了,立时,感受到一种有些招架不住的兴奋和冲动眼.我们搬出了客厅的植物,以及沙发,摆上了茶具,清空了冬日的寒冷,来一次曼妙的下午茶时光.

Tom报了一个中文学习班,在五道口的地球村语言学校,他说,那里很忙碌的样子,适合勤奋学习,以及努力工作的人们.

行者一如既往的迷恋西藏,拉萨有她前世的灵魂,和今世的依恋.如果可以选择,来世,她一定投身做个好藏妇,相好康巴汉子.

行走的脚步,在团园客栈驻留,尔后,继续远行,此处,是你在路上的驿站,也是我旅行生活的驿站.

时间过得很快，转眼间我已经回到上海一个多礼拜了。有时，翻阅着照片，想起有趣的北京之旅，发生了很多意想不到的事情，嘴角便不自觉上扬～毕竟，这趟旅行，我又搜集好多人生中的第一次。
第一次住胡同里的四合院。
犹记得抵达胡同时，是寒风刺骨的晚上八点。初抵达北京的我，居然抄错团圆客栈的电话！虽然手上有地址，却很担心出租车师傅找不到目的地。当车子转进西四北二条的胡同内后，我便安心许多。推开红色大门，映入眼帘的是传统胡同时，我就知道我选对地方了！
第一次杆饺子皮包饺子。
包饺子很平常，但是在台湾时，家人都是买现成的饺子皮，所以看着面粉和着和着变成面团，再捏一小坨，杆成薄薄的皮真的是很有意思。更妙的是，来自世界各地的朋友聚在屋里一起包饺子，团圆客栈恰如其名，把大家都凝聚在一起了。BTW，俄罗斯人包的饺子都比我包的好看…呜呜呜…
第一次吃…
没图没真相，但是我真的吃了…兔头和驴肉。老实说，还蛮好吃的！北京烤鸭、涮羊肉这些游北京必吃就不稀奇了，可是吃到成都小H宅配过来的兔头，实在是太太太有趣了！虽然，刚开始我看到兔头时，简直就是很害怕。但是，很没原则的我一被起哄，就马上说要试试看了！好吧，我吃了兔舌头、兔眼睛…口感嚼劲十足，但是我不知道下次还有没有勇气吃啊！
驴肉火烧，又是第一次尝试。嗯，其实就像牛肉一样。中华美食太多了，习惯于平常的饮食，要跳出框框去尝试别的食物真的需要勇气！我不知道下次还有什么稀奇的东西等着我吃？
四川来的王姐，烧着一手好菜。密云水库的大头鱼，用酸菜汤熬煮；北方的卷饼…很多我没吃过的菜都是出自王姐的巧手。可惜，我只会出一张嘴吃吃喝喝，真要我动手烧菜也是可以啦～！只是，不知道有谁会想吃，抑或敢吃？
还有多少第一次，会在团圆发生？
老实说，我也不知道。但是，肯定是会陆陆续续增加很多奇特的经验的！躺在团圆的床铺上，我总能一觉到天明，少了失眠的困扰。坐在客厅的沙发上，什么事都不做，掌心被温热的栗子暖过后，剥开硬壳，一口普洱茶搭着甜栗，来自四方好友齐聚一堂。
我想，这是记忆中…最快乐的冬季。

We spent a few days taking some pictures nearby hostel, got some nice to publish, which can help you easily find where Beijing Box Hostel is.

Generally speaking, there are 3 ways leading to box hostel: Baitasi Bus Sation, Xisibei Bus Station, Fuchengmeng Metro Station.

From Baitasi Station(Bus:823,102,103)

(3) Turn right, 2 min later, you will arrive the entrance of Xi Si Bei 2 Tiao Hutong

From Fuchengmeng Metro

一个下午的光阴，很短，

可是现在却有很多美好的词句，层层叠叠地冲刷在脑海，我要快一点追上它们，否则，它们就跑了！这种美好的感觉和味道，就跑了。。。。。。

团园，一个小小的四合院行者客栈，很好记，很上口的名字，团圆——团源——团缘。。。。。。宛若庞大城市巨兽身上，悄然隐匿的一块细巧却敏感，朴素却特别，亲切却坚持，周到却简单，活跃却平和。。。。。。的鳞片——和这个城市血脉相连，却能够保持自由舒展，而且每一道纹路和痕迹都印照着这个城市的成长和积淀。

是的，有积淀的人，才能把繁复点化为简单，团园的主人们，做到了！

几间小屋，柔软雪白的被单，院子里几张实木的板凳，一棵向阳生长的柿子树，无论白天黑夜，都泛着温暖的橘黄色灯光的门厅，慵懒的沙发，还有沙发上更加慵懒的睡着冬觉的猫咪们。。。。。。不可能的元素，组合出意想不到的效果，空气里充满了松弛，自由的味道，不由自主脱掉的外衣，也让走进来的我，瞬息间，脱掉了心里另外一些什么。

感觉浮躁虚荣的忙碌，让自己过了一个世纪那么长，外面的生活离自己忽然很远，走进来就好像钻进螺壳里的寄居蟹，忽然就很想停下脚步，坐在这个沙发上，挥霍它一个四季轮回，任性他一个沧海桑田！

火车可以退票，机票可以改签，但命运却没有为我们设计Ctrl-Z这个键。

其实这也正是生命真正的魅力所在吧，我们忙碌，我们辛劳，我们争取，我们选择，我们改变。。。。。。未尝不是在轮回里和自己玩一个游戏，好像小白鼠在笼子里徒劳的转动轮子，最终的结果，不过是起点回到终点。

所有的纠结，来自于我们对于过程的不甘！总觉得可以更好，更好，用一点点的成就和获得，鼓励自己，欺骗自己继续向前。忘了谁说的：快乐就只有那么一点点，却骗我们辛苦生活了一生。

这一点点的快乐，在09年开年第二天的一个晴冷下午，在北京一条叫“西四北二条”的窄窄小胡同里，在这个来往着各个国家和地区不同职业和背景的人们的小客栈里，与我悄然偶遇！没有期待过，所以更加值得惊喜！

不知道为什么，说不出所以然，就是喜欢了，就是快乐了，没有身处其中，无法用文字形容！

各位看官看到此处一定觉得脚丫“找打”，官子卖了一箩筐，最后谜底揭晓的时刻承认自己辞穷！！！

I was told by Jeanie that she saw Chinese Box Hostel (Beijing)  appeared on Lonelyplanet.com. What a good news!
Ali is a very nice girl who can play cooooooooooool Guitar, dislike taking shoes even if it was a bit cold in Beijing.  We drunk together, made dumpling together, so funny days!!!

I am publishing this article so that more travelers know Chinese Box Hostel more.

I just thought I should tell everyone about this awesome hostel I found in Beijing, Just booked it on a wim thru Hostelworld.com as it was one of the cheapest, and totally landed on my feet!
Considering they’ve only been open 3 months they’ve got some of the best ratings on Hostelworld I have seen. And rightly so. The staff absolutely make this place. Leoson, Dadong, Shinzan and everyone else that works there are awesome. I miss them all terribly! They are all travellers themselves, so that know what makes a good hostel.
Chinese Box is located on one of the Hutongs, so its in a nice quiet location and yet right next to bus stops and metro stations, and not far to walk to things like Tiananmen Sq and Forbidden City.
They serve food, rent bicycles, can help you organise trips and train tickets. They will teach you how to make Jiaozi or take you for a walk or cycle ride around town. The hostel is clean with excellent facilities, including use of a hair dryer and ironing board!
I never stayed in such a nice place in any country in the world. I absolutely loved it. These guys deserve to do well, so please go and stay there and tell them that Ali from England says Hi!

Chinesebox, with the happiness, is heading to the sixth month living. I want to say thanks for your companionship during the past five months. 
No man is the whole of himself, his friends are the rest of him, the same as chinesebox.
A far better use of time and energy is to make our highest qualities, warmest atmosphere, well-known-hostel. The problem is easily solved if you would be so kind to let us know our shorts of, and introduce us to your friends by forwarding our box hostel`s website. 

Some days before, I went camping, Two-Day-Hiking on the Great Wall, it is original section in Beijing, best amazing, which begins at Gubeikou Great Wall, then Jinshanling Great Wall, end at Simatai Great Wall. I have been there twice before. but it is the first time in winter.

I love this picture, the person inside is John (California, USA), stayed more than 1 week in Chinese Box Hostel (Beijing).

FROM THE BEIJING CAPITAL AIRPORT:

(By Airport Bus)

• –Take bus line 2(16 RMB) to last stop at Xi Dan Aviation Building
• –Take metro bus No. 22 (1 RMB) in front of the Aviation Building and get off at the 4th stop (Xi Si Bei stop)
• –Cross the street and turn north to the Xi Si Bei 2 Tiao Hutong
• –Turn left and walk west on Xi Si Bei 2 Tiao, our hostel is located on the left hand side.

(By Subway)

• –Take the airport subway to the last station at Dong Zhi Men.
• –Transfer to the subway line 2 to Fu Cheng Men station.
• –Leave the subway at B exit.
• –Walk east along the Fu Cheng Men Nei Da Jie and turning left to Zhao Deng Yu Road at the traffic light.
• –Walk north to Xi Si Bei 2 tiao about 3 minutes.
• –Turn right and walk east about 2 minutes.
• –Our hostel is located at the right hand side..

(By Taxi)

• You can also take a taxi from Beijing Airport (around 100RMB). Just tell the driver that the destination is Zhao Deng Yu Road (close to Xi Si Bei 2 Tiao). It will take about 1 hour.

FROM THE BEIJING CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION:

• (trains arriving from Shanghai, Mongolia, Russia etc…)

(By subway)

• –Take subway route 2 to FuChengMen station (2 RMB)
• –Leave the subway from B exit.
• –Walk east along the Fu Cheng Men Nei Da Jie and turning left to Zhao Deng Yu Road at the traffic light.
• –Walk north to Xi Si Bei 2 tiao about 3 minutes.
• –Turn right and walk east about 2 minutes.
• –Our hostel is located at the right hand side.

(By bus)

• –Take bus 103 route to Baitashi station (1 RMB)
• –Walk west along the Fu Cheng Men Nei Da Jie and turning right to Zhao Deng Yu Road at the traffic light.
• –Walk north to Xi Si Bei 2 tiao about 3 minutes.
• –Turn right and walk east about 2 minutes.
• –Our hostel is located at the right hand side.

(By Taxi)

• –It costs about 20RMB from the Central Station to our hostel. Just tell the driver the destination is Zhao Deng Yu Road (close to Xi Si Bei 2 Tiao). It is pretty fast and easy.

FROM THE BEIJING WEST RAILWAY STATION:

(trains arriving from Xi’An, Chengdu, Pingyao, Datong, Hong Kong etc…)

(By Bus)

• –Take bus No 823 and get off at Bai Ta Si stop
• –Walk west to the traffic light and turn right to the Zhao Deng Yu Road
• –Walk north to the Xi Si Bei 2 Tiao Hutong and turn right
• –Our hostel is located at the right hand side.

(By Taxi)

• –It costs about 20RMB from the West Railway Station to our hostel. Just tell the driver the destination is Zhao Deng Yu Road (close to Xi Si Bei 2 Tiao). It is pretty fast and easy.

FROM THE BEIJING SOUTH RAILWAY STATION:

• (trains arriving from Tianjing,TsingTao etc…)

(By Bus)

• –Take bus No 102 and get off at Bai Ta Si stop
• –Walk west to the traffic light and turn right to the Zhao Deng Yu Road
• –Walk north to the Xi Si Bei 2 Tiao Hutong and turn right
• –Our hostel is located at the right hand side.

–It costs about 25RMB from the South Railway Station to our hostel. Just tell the driver the destination is Zhao Deng Yu Road (close to Xi Si Bei 2 Tiao). It is pretty fast and easy.
